A 92-year old woman is being treated for hypothermia in hospital after she was found in a ditch on a Pembrokeshire farm.
A search involving Dyfed-Powys Police and four coastguard teams took place overnight at Llanddewi Velfrey.
The pensioner, who had been missing for 48 hours, was discovered around quarter of a mile from her home.
Milford Haven coastguard said the woman was found at 0030 BST on Monday in a ditch close to a railway line.
She was treated by paramedics before she was taken to hospital.
Several coastguard teams were involved in the search of the 30-acre farm.
