The mayor of Wolverhampton has been released without charge after being arrested following the discovery of cannabis plants.
Liberal Democrat Malcolm Gwinnett was detained by Staffordshire Police on 12 March on suspicion of growing cannabis after a raid in Wombourne.
The plants were found at an industrial unit.
Police said a 58-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis, had been released.
A 34-year-old man was arrested over the matter earlier this week.
